My main area of interest, and the focus of my work, is directed at helping people to build, grow and sustain successful businesses.
Many business owners know, that marketing is a fundamental part of growing their business and that it is something that they need to do regularly. For me, it was not a habit and was done only intermittently, with no real structure.
Attending the workshops organised by How 2, has helped me plan effective marketing activity and prepare and execute, a relevant marketing plan. It is now much easier to monitor the success or otherwise of different actions taken.
Specific times are now allocated during the week, to plan and review results and if appropriate, make changes, moving forward. I now have a much clearer view of where I want the business to be and how I can get there.
In addition to the workshops, the supporting handbook was extremely comprehensive and easy to follow. This was further reinforced by one to one meetings, offering personal guidance. The experience has helped me break some poor habits and replace them with very positive attitudes.
